So while on the way to the lake a week or so ago I stumbled upon a new vodka called “Firestarter”. As a connoisseur of vodka I always enjoy a novel or collectible container and catchy marketing. Firestarter comes disguised as a fire extinguisher, which was endearing enough but the real clincher came when I gazed upon the back of the canister. The “directions” got me, especially the final panel.
Aww, they’ve been over-served.* The drunken stick figures are lying their bulbous little heads on the table! I love the stop sign in the upper right hand corner. STOP when your little round melon gets droopy, yo!
And of course, remember; friends don’t let friends drink bad vodka. Words to live by.
* those little stick guys aren’t kidding – after a long night of imbibing this stuff I may have started singing “Firestarter” by The Prodigy. Incessantly and out of key and only that one line in the song. You know, that part about being a firestarter. Why yes, I AM made of awesome.
