Okay, I realize this isn’t a gourmet meal or anything but I’ve been eating “clean” and healthy for the month of March and this is lunch. It’s a veggie burger on a whole grain bun with tomato, onion and of course, jalapenos. I’ve also been eating a ton of salads lately and they are delightfully delicious as well. Eating healthy has never been a problem for me. It’s the exercising and lack of booze that I find irritating. I mean, why put a cup holder on the damn treadmill? Isn’t that where your beer goes?
